b) How long we keep your Personal Data

We undertake to keep your Personal Data only for as long as is strictly necessary for the processing(s) declared in accordance with the aforementioned purposes, and in any event within the limits imposed by law. Therefore, depending on the type of Personal Data, the storage period may vary from a few days to several years.

In any event, we undertake to delete your Personal Data from our databases at the end of these various periods.

However, we may retain certain information for a later period in order to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations. In this case, your data will be deactivated and will no longer be accessible online.

6. Sharing information with third parties

a) Failure to notify third parties

We undertake not to divulge to third parties the information and Personal Data that you communicate to us.
